The Lakes Association HOA Board's review of the volunteer committee liability issue, which had became a legitimate concern for all homeowners, resulted in the recommendation by our insurance agent along with P.M. Schnitzer to provide additional liability insurance coverage.
Effective as of June 11, 2010 the Lakes at Waterstone will have full coverage in the event of any injury to a vendor employee which may occur on association common area or homeowners lots from a lack of the vendor liability insurance policy coverage being revoked, expired, or cancelled. 
The Liability Insurance Policy will provide full coverage for all homeowners who work on any volunteer committees at The Lakes at Waterstone, at no additional cost to the association.
